ResourceMFG is hiring a Maintenance Associate (Janitorial) for a temp to hire opportunity located in Englewood!

1st shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday

Pay: $21.00 per hour

The Maintenance Associate – Facilities is responsible to clean and maintain order in the warehouse, offices, lunchroom and bathroom area

•  Empties all trash cans daily
•  Vacuums carpeting in the offices, halls and bullpen areas
•  Dusts as required
•  Cleans glass doors and windows
•  Assists with snow removal
•  Cleans bathrooms, mops or vacuums as required as well as replenishes paper products
•  Any other general cleaning duties needed in all office areas
•  Wipes down countertops and mops kitchen areas
•  Heavy cleaning projects will also be assigned periodically
•  Supports supplier and keeps kitchen and pantry clean during business hours
•  Other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or GED equivalency
• Ability to pay attention to detail and be self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and have strong organizational skills
• Aiblity to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English; read and comprehend safety rules
